Admission is on the basis of MITID™’s method of selection, which extends beyond the students previous academic qualifications. The MITID™ Admission Committee systematically seeks evidence of the perception, attitude, aptitude, achievement and motivation essential for a challenging and satisfying design career. The objective of the tests and the interviews is to ascertain the above qualities.

Based on scores obtained from MITID-DAT™, shortlisted candidates will be called for second phase.

The list of shortlisted candidates for the Second Phase will be announced on MITID’s website on 15th April 2012.

No separate call letters will be sent to the shortlisted candidates. The second phase of the admission procedure will consist of studio tests followed by personal interviews at the institute’s campus in Pune. All those candidates called for the second phase are required to attend the studio tests and interview, which completes the process of selection.

Important Notice for MBBS Applicants

Admission to MBBS course offered at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal and Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore will be done on the basis of rank secured in the Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET) 2012.

Candidates should select the test centre, date and time of their choice in the Online Test Booking System (OTBS). OTBS is a real time web based online scheduling system. The booking window will be open from March 21, 2012 to March 28, 2012.  MU-OET will be held between April 15, 2012 and May 15, 2012.
