• Application form cab be obtained from the University sale counter by paying Rs. 500/- (Rs. 125/- for SC/ST) in cash.
• The Application form can be downloaded from the official website of BPS Mahila Vishwavidyalaya.
• Application form can also be obtained by sending DD of Rs. 550/- 9RS. 175/- For SC/ST) in favor of The Registrar, BPS Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur Kalan, payable at Punjab National Bank, Khanpur Kalan (Code 2303).
